It is comprised of two semicircular wings spiraling around elliptical circular model and this is how it seems to going upwards. The total area it covers is 124.000 sqm. The outer side is coated with glass panel which protects the building from the extreme and gives clarity for outer view. To complement these glass panes there is also the usage of flippers. This business hotel accommodates every kind of rooms, from double bed rooms to luxury suits. With usual hotel luxurious accommodation it also contain one fascinating feature i.e. helipad which has the access through elevators. Along with proper accommodation it provides restaurants and wellness centers. There are four basements. In the ground floor administrative and public work takes place.
